It’s easy to feel good. Maybe you’re like I was I created my own road blocks. No more. Everyone has heard of Positive Psychology . The basics are ridiculously simple & easy to do. You can stack them for example, go for a walk outside with a friend & talk about what you are grateful for in your life .
So that’s #3 ,#4, #6 & #7. You could also include nutrition & hydration, #2 if you eat & drink something good for your body before the walk.
The best thing about Positive Psychology is that you don’t need a PhD to understand it or take part in the practice. Here are the basics:
1.Sleep 7-8 hrs
2.Nutrition/Hydration
3.Social Connection
4.Gratitude
5.Mindfulness
6.Exercise
7.Nature Immersion
As you can see these are easy to do . I could elaborate on all of them but I won’t .
So what would you think is the secret to all this feeling good. What would cause the quantum leap in your perception of your life after participating in this positive psych stuff? It’s the feeling of gratitude. As you engage in life with another person on a sunny day talking about the goodness in your life ,you draw more goodness to yourself. It’s the secret to the universe . It’s the secret to a happy life. Be grateful for all you see , hear, smell , taste & touch . And in turn the universe with send you more to be grateful for. It is that simple to feel good all the time.
