The 60-Second Nervous System Reset
Place one hand on your heart and one on your lower belly.
Breathe in through your nose for 4 seconds.
Hold for 1–2 seconds.
Exhale through your mouth for 8 seconds.
Repeat 3 times.
Your heart rate drops.
Your shoulders soften.
Your mind quiets.
Your whole system shifts toward safety.
This is the physiology of calm.
This is the doorway to clarity.
This is the foundation of everything I teach.
